Activating / Deactivating Data Sources

This article explains the process of activating / deactivating a Data Source.

Deactivating a Data Source will immediately stop data from that source from flowing into your Data Warehouse.

Deactivation​

To deactivate an Active Data Source please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Persio

  2. Go to the 'Sources' sub-menu.

  1. Find the Data Source you wish the deactivate and click on its 'Details' shortcut
  1. Find the 'Source status' section and click the toggle to an off state
  1. The system will confirm the success of deactivation by showing a notification in the upper right corner.
  1. Return to the 'Sources' page and observe, the deactivated Data Source now displays a disabled label.

Activation​

To activate a previously deactivated Data Source just repeat the steps of deactivation except set the 'Source status' section's toggle to the on state.

Activating a Data Source will immediately resume data from that source to flow into your Data Warehouse.
